Over a year later, I've uploaded a new video of some randomness as Ghaleon at Castle Point Anime Convention (where I also had the pleasure of meeting fellow board member, HiroOne.) The shoulder armor was too big to bring on the train, unfortunately.

Except...The Grindery was powered by a Steam Engine (technology) on SEGA CD, but in the Remakes it's power came from by Dragon Energy (magic, or even Magitek if any of you are familiar with FF6.)

@Alunissage Oh I never knew iOS version had Japanese voices too. I have only heard a few of the Japanese cutscenes on Youtube, but generally they are well voiced. For Ghaleon specifically, the one I like more was Rokuro Naya, partly because his voice sounded more like John Truitt than Kiyoyuki Yanad...
