If you are concerned about things changed from the Bond books, you can simply add that one to the list. I haven't read them myself, but I've heard there have always been things changed from the books, from some of the clothes Bond likes to wear to "shaken not stirred" Not from the books, ...

The Bond film...and the woes it may bring

Well, I've been a Bond fan since I was in single digits of age. IMHO, Sean Connery is the man and will always be Bond, but I've still been able to enjoy all the other incarnations. But with this new version of Bond, Dan Craige, I must say I am worried for the first time about the continued existence...

In an unusual step for a Forgotten Realms series set in contemporary times, each of the books takes place a decade or more apart. The final book of the series hasn't even happened yet according to the current FR timeline (which moves one year forward for every one year of real time), but the Pools ...

I've been watching it since it started airing on Toonami, sonce I only go the fansub route for something I deem special. I'm enjoying Naruto enough, and I'm continuing to give it a chance because anime fans I know have given it enough praise. With a garuntee that it picks up as it goes on, I'll cont...

I of course do not read japanese, so is this going to be another restart, or are they picking up from the end of the last version. Because of course I'd love to see the return of Guyver III....that Guyver Unit looked the most badass.

How is that? I'm hearing a mixed bag of feelings on it. Having played the original right before FF 7 came out, I've been toying with the idea of giving it a try.

I like the series, even though I have only played through II a couple of times. Story, characters, and the strategic feel to battle are all good. On my first play through, before knowing of multiple endings, I just went with what felt natural and got the Riveria ending. The entire flow of the game i...

I know I've said someplace in some thread that it was pushed back to March/April 2006.

Ask any guy in a Gamestop and they'll tell you that.

Well, I guess since I'm not overly religous the symbolism was lost on me all these years, heh. I just saw the stories. I guess it means you don't need to know the hidden meanings in order to enjoy them well enough.

Aslan has a certain religious imagery, if you noticed. Especially the shearing of his mane was meant to recall the Crucifixion, I think. The 10th Station:Jesus is stripped of his garments. The 12th Station:Jesus dies on the cross: The 13th Station:The body is given to his Mother. The '15th' Station...

So I picked this up yesterday while getting something else in Best Buy...and I have to say I am in nostaligia heaven :D Now, some of you might say "why not just go with the SNES Rom?" First of all, this new translation is much better than the old SNES version. The text feels less awkward a...

Susan's attitude in LLW is forshadowing of her progression through out the series as a character. I won't say much more than that, since for several it would be a spoiler.

I think they could have made Aslan a little bigger, instead of being a normal sized lion. In most of the other versions, he was always a little larger, and therefore, more impressive.

I saw it today, and it gave me the amount of enjoyment I expected. I've read most of the books, seen the old animated version several times, and seen all 4 of the BBC versions (LLW, Caspian, Dawn Tredor, Silver Chair), so going in to it I was not surprised by anything story wise. The only one I have...

Re: One thing for sure about Lunar 3...

After boring myself playing Dragon Song, the sure thing is that I am not putting a finger or wasting a second on another Lunar game. They ruined a good game with the third installment, like when Breath of Fire came out... too bad. Technically, DS is not a third installment, considering it relays ze...

Yes, the rights were sold back to GA in 2002 Do you a source (public or private) for the actual date of them selling it back? Vic only recently spoke publicly on selling the rights back and speaks as if it was done prior to Ubi licensing. Lunar Legend came out early 2002 in Japan, so I'm guessing i...
