And this is why they have professionals translate. The English romanizations in the original (Gien, e.g.) are done by folks who aren't making it for a US audience. They should be changed, and most if not all of the names were done appropriately. Some of the romanizations for the original names in EB...

No doubt at all A lot of people hate my stache, but the more people want me to take it off, the more I want to keep it, muahahaha~! Listen, I've been there. Your friends will tell you that the moustache looks goofy. Your family will tell you the moustache looks goofy. And people left and right will...

I wonder if there will be another Ausa character in this game too. That Green Haired gal could pass as an Ausa... but I won't speculate about that right now Oh wait... too late, I just did. Damn. Well, it's set 1000 years before TSS, and Vane was supposed to be about 1000 years old. So I think we c...

Kizyr, do you know more about the plot of DS than the rest of us? LunarNET is slated to be the official site for Lunar: DS. G1 and myself have both been working on it. You can figure the rest. I'll believe that they're different characters, but if there's absolutely no connection between the two Lu...

You know this for a fact? Even the official magazine reports and other website reports state that nobody knows the relationship between the two Lucia's yet. Yes I know this for a fact. Never mind the fact that I do more research on it than any of the magazines and other websites. Now quit theorizin...

Pass? You'll pass?! Next to the Serenity movie this fall, this is going to be the best thing to come out all year! You can't pass! If you're a fan of the good Batmans, then you should enjoy this one, too. It's nothing like the original, but that's not a bad thing. It doesn't have the campiness of an...

They also changed the spell costs; I remember Lucca or JWL mentioning that the healing spells in the Japanese one are a lot cheaper and more feasible to use. I don't remember being short on MP much when I played, but it was only my second RPG. Ah yes... spell costs. I almost never used magic in tha...

Didn't Working Designs inflate the difficulty of the games when they were released? If they did (and even if they didn't), I wonder where the difficulty of these games will lie too. I guess, since it's being released so closely, that there will be no difficulty modification, but then, the game coul...

Bwahahahaha!!! Oh man, this is too much... Alun already said everything that needs to be said, anyway. By the way, LunarNET is the team behind Lunar: Four Heros Story (typo intentional). Renn Inoue is behind the artwork, G1 is behind the programming, and I'm behind the storyboard, while Alun does ed...

The length looks like it'll be a decent, full-length game. It might be shortened somewhat by the inability to explore towns as usual... I haven't heard a thing about voice acting, though. If there was to be any, then that information would've been released by now along with the developer information...

Man I gotta start playing my stack of backlogged games... and stuff I've been meaning to go through a second time. I think that's around 4-5 games... - Tales of Phantasia (PSX) - Lunar: Magic School - Lunar: Eternal Blue (Mega CD) - Tales of Destiny (PSX, import) Hm... then there're the other games ...

It's been out of production for ages and really hard to find in used game shops... anywhere. Unfortunately, your only bet is to regularly check eBay and see if on the off chance someone is selling it. Most anyone who ships to the US also ships to Canada, so you don't have to worry about that. But I'...
