Re: Back again guys!
Yeah....I've never heard of Atelier. That's annoying that they have 17 installments, and we basically have 2 for Lunar. Well, we do have Lunar DS, but that game kinda sucked. Lol. Also, I agree with you about games in a series that are different enough that they could be under a different name. Alt...

Re: Back again guys!
Or, they could just finally make Lunar 3....lol. Oh yeah, totally! Come to think of it. Have you played Atelier? I never have. I also never hear any of my friends talking about it. Or anyone in any forum I ever go to. Never seen them appear in lists of top games of any kind. Yet, this series has ju...

Send in the clowns...
So I have a friend who I made him play Lunar SSSC (PS1), he didn't finish the game. However, he also couldn't get over Ghaleon's line; "Send in the clowns..." I didn't understand why. This is one of JRPG's most epic moments, but he just felt put off by this! It has come to the point where ...

Re: Back again guys!
Welcome back! 6 to 7 years ago? Lunar on PSP was the hottest thing back in the day :D This community has a strange persistency, in that people vanish for months or years, then show up again, but the community itself goes on. Lol, I second this. I come here a few times a month, sadly we aren't given ...

Oh wow, this thread didn't get any more replies?
We tackled it pretty hard I guess. Good job
If at least everything written on this thread was considered in a remake, it would already be solid.
(That's in a mythical world where game companies don't release broken videogames)

Re: What Are You Currently Playing?
With what little time I can squeeze out, I gave my beloved copy of Baseball (NES) a few tries. I don't know why, but for some reason it just keeps being the best baseball game that I have ever played. It's as primitive as can be, but it turns that fact into its biggest advantage... it doesn't try t...

Re: In this thread we fix Lunar: Dragon Song.
Yes leave it all there. 8. I think we need at least two really unnecessary and uncomfortable bath scenes or it's not a Lunar game. (Sorry, I don't like them either but it's the rules!) This is true, this has to be there too but whoever makes it better be careful, I like the jokes and reasons behind ...

Re: In this thread we fix Lunar: Dragon Song.
 Oh snap! A lot has been added. I agree on the voice acting too. It should just be in there. On a related note, I'm not sure if it was mentioned already (will finish reading everything tomorrow) but I ABSOLUTELY need there to be music that is sung, like you know, the Opening and Endings of ...

Re: In this thread we fix Lunar: Dragon Song.
camel pimp has everything right, fleshing out the story, the characters, etc. is essential. This is especially necessary because it has similarities with SSS that made it seem like it lacked originality and creativity and just borrowed a bunch of things from SSS. However, the game has its own origin...

Re: Nintendo Switch console revealed!
Well, I saw news this morning that Nintendo's stock took a dip after the Switch reveal XD so this might be telling a different story. Yet, at least among my friends, almost no one has or wants a WiiU, yet those people do want a Switch. I didn't see anyone being crazy for the WiiU either. When it was...

Re: Nintendo Switch console revealed!
Hahaha, yeah, I totally watched it. https://s5.postimg.org/3rnjqccg7/Switch_Mockup_box_Lunar.png I love the console itself. I'd almost buy it just for the console itself and no games lololol. What I'm trying to say is, they sold it to me really well. I haven't seen such a spectacular reveal of a con...

Re: Which Mario bro is better?
I have so little to answer. They're both the same to me. They can also both have equally annoying voices. I always use Mario when I have to choose, but seeing Luigi is a breath of fresh air after seeing Mario too long. The only time I chose Luigi over Mario was in Super Mario Bros 2 (Japan) or The L...

Re: Sega survey
I can't tell you exactly "this" and "that" was wrong in it, played it a year ago. But I do remember feeling disappointment and confusion with how the dialogue was written towards the middle and end of the game, the names of antagonist characters I can at least confirm (from Wikip...

Re: Happy 2017, mates!
Wow. That's some really fascinating trivia. One day, Lunar SSH will be closer to the first Lunar than to the present. Edit: Also closer to the moon landing than today, if my mental math checks out. Had to check it out myself. https://s5.postimg.org/o63wjs26f/Lunar_TSS_2017_date.png https://s5.postim...

Re: Nintendo Switch console revealed!
What's the big thing that makes it so great for you? I'm genuinely curious -- maybe I'm missing something. Re: the 3DS models, yeah Nintendo has a way of really working out bugs in earlier versions of their handhelds (ever since the Gameboy really). Though I also like the fact that they don't do an...

 Shining Force fanboy here. Shining Force III does deserve a re-work. I haven't played it, but I've heard the stories. I absolutely love Shining Force I and II on Sega Genesis, as well as the GameGear / Sega CD games. I'll tell you what though... If they're gonna fix III, they have to start...
