Actually, all 13 bromide cards are present on the packaging shot. Only 6 are fully visible, 7 are concealed by the overlapping cards. Anyhow, I wished they zoomed in on the package! It was hard to see since the camera was so far... But it's really really nice to see the game getting some exposure 8-)

Depends on where you live too. I live relatively close to one of their shipping facilities they have in Delaware, so even with free shipping I sometimes only have to wait a day or two.

Not graphics, gameplay. In comparison, Phantasia (at least the SNES/GBA version) is very clunky and frustrating at times. PS1/PSP versions on the other hand, play wonderfully. For what it's worth, it may not be surprising to see Lunar choose handheld for a brand new installment. Dragon Quest did it (on the DS), and the game became the highest selling game of the franchise (4.13 million copies sold in Japan, last I checked) But I'd imagine Lunar 2 would have to happen now ...
