Lunar Threads

It seems like it should be an action rpg, but I think it's just real time battles. I miss traditional turn-based rpgs.

I don't think one is exclusive over the other, because it appears as though different scenes are shown animation wise for both platforms. I just want a film and the game.

I've never played an Y's game ever, but I know it has a healthy fan following. Action rpg's just never interested me that much for some reason. I don't know if this is right or not, but this seems to be an original work from Studio Ghibli and it's not from an actual film. Actually, there is still flatulence in the Myght scene but it isn't the blatantly obvious sound that WD used.

There will most likely be some animated cinemas taken directly from the film, and I'm sure the opening will be full animation. I'm looking forward to the film itself, and I just hope the game turns out to be something just as spectacular. Something so promising can always be ruined by poor execution...

Strange that this wasn't a Wii/DS combo, but the PS3 is well deserving. I really hope we get a release in the U.S. because the game looks beautiful. What was VGChartz saying anyway? Everytime I try to browse the site it crashes Firefox :/ I can imagine it was a success for them. Smaller companies don't need super-massive numbers to thrive on. From what I recall VGChartz was touting like 41,000 or so. I forget if that was for sales or pre-orders...
