I remember the new OAVs coming out for Tenchi, but I haven't ever followed it from there. Is the continuation necessarily bad, or is it just so prolonged? With the first 13 (that I've seen), I'm not sure who I would like him to choose, but I like both Washu and Sasami/Tsunami. Washu tended to becom...

The only thing I didn't like was the animation style. Other than that I liked how they created a different storyline. You know... it would be nice if I could the Tenchi series on DVD... how sweet would that be?![/color][/b] Yet a third alternate storyline to the series was the last thing the fandom...

You are not alone. The fandom basically considers ToT to be the same kind of blasphemic crap as Dragon Song is for the Lunar series

Probably going to laugh at me, but I always started with Tenchi Forver (Tenchi Muyo In Love 2). Something about it always mellowed me. I rarely got past it, but if I did, I usually just popped a random anime DVD in.

Tis' why alchohol is labeled a depressent. It may make you happy, but when the happiness wears off you end up in a depressed state. I've seen it happen, and have had it happen to me as well. I'm a happy drunk, but after words I end up either crying or near the point of crying. I too usually feel th...

Admittedly, neither of these is a perfect solution -- people being people, some will drink way too much no matter how much you educate them on either moderation or avoidance, and I'm sorry for anyone that has had to deal with it (and yes, even I, as a "let your kids try alcohol in your presence" pe...

First, hi and welcome, hope you enjoy yourself in everything Lunar. Now, booze I never drank as a teen. I had plenty of opportunities, but since it was technically illegal for me to do it, I decided why should I need to? I didn't even drink in college until I turned 21. Now, since my B-day is in Jan...

I did Model OAS back in 97/98 when I was in high school, and I guess it's similar in functions with getting propisitions passed, mingling, making allies/friends. I remember I got the Georgetown Prep guys to back my proposition during the mingling periods. When I told my team members they were astoni...

Favorite Super Bowl commercial this year

My favorite was the Richard Dean Anderson MacGyver Master Card commercial. RDA is one of my favorite TV actors. I loved him in MacGyver and I loved him in Stargate SG-1.

Seeing that commercial was awesome as far as I was concerned. Makes all those stupid car commeracials seem even more pitiful.

Playing DQ 8....but haven't touched it in weeks because my need for a constant FF XI fix is in full swing.

Grandia 3 will be coming my way in a couple weeks...but it will probably just sit on my shelf til I get through DQ 8 and need a massive FF XI break.

I love Inuyasha and Fullmetal Alchemist. But, I haven't seen them in a while. So I'm totally lost on what's going on. Is it still on Adult Swim? Yes, but they've shifted the schedualed air times for the new year. Both AS's homepage and CN's homepage have the scheduals. Both shows are on a 1 new ep ...

Like Kiz said, take a look at the thread as a whole. No one is whining, -Borgan-, or complaining. In fact, those of us who were there are remenicing about how crazy it was and having a nice chuckle over it. No where is the old debate for it resurfacing in any form. If anyone is fanning the flame you...

I would play this game. Hehe... Well, maybe not. I wouldn't want the next Lunar game to be another Harvest Moon, because if I want Harvest Moon I already have that. ^_^ But it could still be an intersting game. I think there could be a Lunar 3, but EB wraps up its own story well enough that there i...

Um, gotta disagree here. You're going to a planet that hasn't been explored in thousands of years. I'd say that lends to a ton of adventure. Noone said the planet would be harsh. And who said all the ancient temples, shrines, etc. might not still be standing, with whatever hidden powers and treasur...

to say that because the story of the characters featured in eb is concluded the story of lunar is done would mean that eb should not have been made as all of the characters stories were tied up in the first lunar. The larger story arc is about how the people of the blue star had to leave their worl...

Movies are pop culture. And switching to texas hold em isn't exactly cramming pop culture down your throat. It would be more like that if they were pushing the texas hold em championships or something like that in the movie. Switching the games is simply switching to somebody more people will recog...
