I'm happy to see these, but.... this is gross...

The AI Awakens...
[L1 or L2] Used the AI Battle Commands for the first time

What an absolute pointless and dumb trophy...

The other one is pointless too

Can You Keep Up?
[L1 or L2] Changed the battle speed for the first time

But an AI trophy? The game does the battle for you and you get rewarded? That takes participation trophy to a whole other dumb level.

I'll be collecting them all regardless and i am looking forward to playing it again on the PS4, but man.... i would just delete those trophies from existence

Thanks for sharing, jos!

I'll probably play on the Switch and end up missing these trophies. (I typically don't pursue them anyway!)

That said, two basic trophies about trying out features of a game seem pretty harmless. The AI battle was around in the 1990s and I used it occasionally then, too. I do use battle speed features nowadays - that was one of the better features of Touch.

Most of the others seem pretty basic, too; the only ones I'd be unsure of getting without trying are the L1 Level 50 (I usually come in below that) and L1 100,000 silver trophies (I have no idea how the silver adds up!).

In at least one of the games I ended up using AI a lot accidentally, because whenever a character (re)joined the party their default battle action was set to AI. Or maybe it's just that their tactics were reset to the default. Something like that.

I have to say, some of these wouldn't have occurred to me to do at all, like fight bare-handed. That's another one I've done unintentionally, probably with Ramus in the Sewers.

The one I'd really expect to see is defeating Mel. Honestly, I can't figure why defeating Tempest, which is required, is there but defeating Mel, which is optional, isn't.

I was assuming that referred to the Crystal Tower in Vane, which could only be accessed by either unequipping all weapons or using a trick (I think a Dragonwing) to get around the field protecting the tower.

Ha, I actually forgot about that even though I've played it relatively recently. I think I usually use canes as items there, in addition to Nash and Mia's spells.
