Diz, I thank you for being forthright and honest, usually those who have a revisionist or dissenting opinion of different historical events are uber-defensive and arrogant. I thank you for being open minded.
However I must argue that to be open-minded is not a license to an opinion, it is a license to examine evidence, and not have an opinion at the time. To have an opinion you must have a reason, and to have reason you must have a foundation in in either personal preference or facts depending on what the opinion is regarding. Music for example can be an opinion based on personal preference. An opinion about the destruction of the World Trade Center, I'm afraid, must be rooted in some sort of evidence from a reputable source. You, or anyone else is not validated in an opinion as long as you have not chosen to review the eveidence on both sides, which is why I will provide a link to the various 9/11 conspiracy organizations and materials as well.
Now I challenge you Diz, and any of you who may assume the U.S. government may have had a hand in this. Research this issue, both sides, watch the Loose Change videos as I did (No matter how disgusting I found them to be), take the time from playing video games or watching TV and commit yourself to actually learning something, and take pride that you were not fed information like a sheep. To be quite honest there was a time where it seemed plausible that the U.S. Govt. played a role in this, but after exhaustive searches of different information produced by both independent and federally funded research I came to the realization that the conspiracy theories are based in nothing more than paranoid fantasies. They are validated by circumstantial evidence that when looked at rationally actually backs up the 9/11 Comission's Reports.
So please continue to be open minded, and never be satisfied with the answers that the people around you peddle, mine, and anyone elses in this topic included.

An honorable quote from their frontpage:
But does this make us an authority? No. If we’ve an overall message here, it’s check things for yourself. Don’t trust a site just because it’s telling you what you want to believe. Don’t believe us without evaluating our arguments and checking the references we provide, either (we’re as likely to make mistakes as anyone else). Look into the claims yourself, discover both sides of the argument, and make your own mind up. The truth deserves nothing less.
