Woah! That's awesome news, I'll stop by after work today and graze for a few cheapys!. Advanced Wars for my DS would be nice, I've been reading about that for quite some time.

..........

Alright, that makes me SOOOOOO mad  . Why couldn't they do this sale when I actually had money?! So many games I would buy that are on that list, but now not having ANY money I couldn't even afford to look at the games, much less buy them.

Ah well, phooey. Is this a one time sale? Or do they plan on doing it again next year?

Last time this happened, everything was sold out by the time I got there. How long has this been going? I'll make a trip down there tonight if it hasn't been going on for a week already.

Bah, the supernerds beat me to Advanced Wars! I thought about picking up Tales of Phantasia for GBA but held off. I still have Mario & Luigi for my DS to finish.

Any word on how long this lasts? I guess I'm a bit slow on the uptake but if this is still going on I'd like to run off to pick up a few things...

Yeah, these are games that are on super clearance, so odds are they are out of them all. I just called asking if they had any of the titles I want and they didn't. =[

Sorry I couldn't provide more info at the time, but I found out 9:30 AM PST from http://www.cheapassgamer.com/ and went to two local Circuit Cities.

I found like 3 people with lists from CAG so it was definitely known what was going on. Also unfortunately I found that a lot of the posted titles were already sold out, so it was just based on luck.

But I for the most part got everything I cared to get fortunately. As for how long it lasts I don't know. Check the thread at CAG, they may know there. (Though you have to register).

Yeah, I figured it came from CAG. I haven't had a chance to get down there, but I'm not sure I need to get any new games for a while anyways. I can't even play them at the moment because I don't have anything hooked up.

If I ever get any money, I'm totally gonna stay the night outside one of their stores next time they do it. Then I'm gonna grab 2 of EVERY title they have available for sell at that price.

There were a lot of people, at least that I saw on CAG that went in with the intent of buying multiples of certain expensive titles such as HL 2 etc and reselling via EBay.

Well, I have a two fold plan on that one. Resell the games I ended up not wanting to begin with, or use them as gifts for the holidays/birthdays. Second, keep one as a back up, or incase I need quick cash. *shrugs* I'm not too greedy to do that soley for resell money

I have to ask, is this sale in secrecy? Or is there a place to find out how long the sale lasts (as well as what they are selling, for next year)
