Incidentally, the law considers the anniversary of February 29 to be February 28 during non-leap years. Which is why Pirates of Penzance and anything using a similar plotline is complete nonsense. So, Meg, if the new hubby waits until March 1 next year, you can make him sleep on the couch for forgetting your anniversary.
