A good debate

Post by phyco126 »

On the way home today, something popped into my head. It was an idea that could be debated very civilely, not to mention I thought it would be a great idea to debate about. However, I can't remember. I thought about putting a note into my phone about it too. That'll learn me. *smacks head against wall*

That is quite tragic. I remember doing something like that once. I spent an entire day in the field once, musing over an interesting topic until we had a rush of paitents come in from the heat. The sudden switch in focus made me lose the thought I'd had. It has been lost to this day to my knowledge.

As an aside, we can debate about how much it sucks to forget things.

I think it truely sucks to forget anything. Even our past mistakes that we would rather forget about is something that I have often debated about. If it was possible to purposely forget particular memories of committing something bad, would you? If perchance of forgetting, would we ultimately set ourselves to commit the same crime?

I am personally indifferent. I've forgotten several things, but it's probably just for the best.
