I keep hearing buzz about ObamaCare forcing everyone to get chipped in March 2013. I think it's a hoax, but does anyone know something I don't?

Let's think about this practically.

Does it seem like the government could operate efficiently enough to get a chip into everyone in six months? No. Could they keep the order of 300 million microchips a secret? Probably not. Was this ever a talking point in legal decisions about the healthcare law? No.

In other words, we'd need unified government that actually gets along in order for this to happen.

Isn't snopes Democratically owned, though? Are they really reliable in this case?
