Too friendly? Have you forgotten the self-proclaimed all knowning than everyone else on the board Lunar experts? As in those "I know everything about Lunar, furthermore, I know who's developing Genesis and you all are wrong but me" kind of threads?

I was referring to this specific board, the Introductions one, where people who have been here all of a week are welcoming other newcomers. It just seems ridiculous to me to welcome someone to a place you hardly know yourself. Not that I want newcomers to feel unwelcome (generally); it's just that particular trend that bothers me.
And I don't think I ever claimed to know who's developing Lunar...my intent was to point out that it's unknown and someone who thought he knew could not have that certainty. Misinformation = bad. Lack of information is preferable to wrong information. I generally admit when I'm wrong -- but I try not to post unless I'm reasonably sure I'm right, to minimize the incidence of being wrong.
Oh, and I'm guessing you meant "maniacally". Wasn't there a sig (Alayna's?) with Julie saying something like that? =)

Not you, the new users that barely heard of lunar who quickly post in Genesis claiming to know more than you, G1, Rune, Kiz and all the other long term Lunar fans.
