I'm generally not into holiday music, but Sufjan Stevens just released a Christmas album, and it's great. Go check out a super-cute animated video for one of the songs here.

And then go call your Grandma. :)

Sufjan isn't bad if you're into the whole indie thing, but, since I'm not, I still reccomend the Trans-Siberian Orchestra and Manheim Steamroller.

And Gary Hoey has some really cool guitar virtuoso-esque christmas songs.

I second those. Trans-Siberian Orchestra's Carol of the Bells is amazing. I keep meaning to find the albums for these two, but never get around to it each Christmas. Maybe tomorrow I'll have to hit up Best Buy.

Thirded. That's been a family tradition for years now. Come to think of it, I should really get those CD's in my car again...

Fortheded...ed.... I like 'em too. We play those every year that and The Polar Express Soundtrack.

Interesting side note TSO was once call Savatage and thier first album was pushed by a local DJ who goes by the name of Mason Dixon. He runs a local charity called "Christmas Wish" and they still give a sizeable amount every year.
