Dubbed or subbed? Because dubbed Naruto absolutely sucks, DON'T watch it...
Sakura's japanese voice actress is good though, she's not annoying or screechy sounding. Subbed Naruto is the only way to go, uncut and unspoiled by Cartoon Network. *Cries at the thought that 5 year olds will be running around with Naruto action figures by Christmas

-Full Metal Alchemist (the manga is WAY better though)
-Bleach
-Gundam SEED/DESTINY
-Mai HiME
-Chrono Crusade (manga only; I haven't seen the anime)
There are a lot of animes that I really like, but the ones above are my favorites.

::Fighting eval by the moon lite winning love by the day lite...:: I use to LOVE sailor moon! The action is realy hot, but it became annoying after awhile but thats untill the outer sailors came into play. But I now im fasinated with avatar iono if thats concidered anime tho lol oh well its all drawings!

Let's see... most recently would have to be GaoGaiGar. Others include Space Battleship Yamato, Shin Getter Robo, Ruroni Kenshin, Vision of Escaflowne, Macross, and a bunch of others I can't remember offhand.
Pretty much anything with Giant Robots works, though.

I don't have a particular favorite, but the ones I watch the most are Dragon Ball Z, Rurouni Kenshin, Inu-Yasha, Samurai Champloo, and Fullmetal Alchemist.
