I really can't compare Growlanser Generations to anything....But it's a great game, both 2 and 3. Kind of reminds me of the feeling I get when I play Fire Emblem or some other good strat RPG. Sure the graphics might not be FFX2 , but when has graphics ever had anything to do with the story?...At least that's what I think.
Okay, Hacker, listen up. I am tired of your fake assumptions! What is your problem?! Do you just like to mess with 14 year olds, who KNOW they don't lie to people at a site they consider HOME?!! PM ME NOW!

The only other WD game I've played is Arc the Lad. I'm also borrowing Vangard Bandits, but I have yet to touch it, much less put it in my console.

Growlanser is extremely good. The battle system is unique and allows for scenarios that many other games could not feature. Both games have branching events and multiple endings, though Growlanser II implements thses features to a much greater degree than does Growlanser III. Both games offer good (or perhaps even great) amounts of replayability. Growlanser II is the shorter of the two games, but it seems like there's a ton of stuff to do on replays of it. If you can, I definitely suggest you pick up a copy of Generations.

The first game I played by WD was Vanguard Bandits.

The first one I bought was LUNAR SSSC.

Eventually, I started picking up more.

This is what I have so far:

LUNAR TSS
LUNAR EB
LUNAR SSSC
LUNAR SSSC Demo
LUNAR 2 EBC
LUNAR 2 EBC Demo
Vanguard Bandits
Silhouette Mirage
Popful Mail
Magic Knight Rayearth

Soon, I'll start picking up the Turbo Duo titles as well.

Did you play Alundra 2? I forgot to mention that I have Arc The Lad Collection.

I found Arc 1 to be slightly boring compared to Arc 2&3. (especilly the 1,000 battles in the Tournament Arena)
Though everything else about Arc 1 was great.

Okay, stupid question time. Is Working Designs still around or what? I haven't seen much from them in a while, and while I'm pretty sure they're still around can anyone confirm it?

As for the games, I have (or had): The usual 2 Lunars on Sega CD & PSX
Silhouette Mirage
Arc the Lad Collection
Alundra
Elemental Gearbolt
Vanguard Bandits
and Popful Mail
