Sigma Star Saga

So I picked this game up this weekend,(its for GBA if you haven't heard of it) and well I love it. It mixes two of my favourite types of games (rpgs and space ship shooters) very well. The game plays like a standered rpg, but the random battles are space ship shooter stages much like those in games like gradius and such. The characters are very interesting, other then Recker who at the moment seems pretty one dimensional. The plot starts off pretty standered but has had some really interesting twists. Anyway i am only like 5 and a half hours in, so I will post more news on the game as I get into it more.

Yeah, I was pleasantly surprised by this one too. It makes me wonder how many other genres could be used in an RPG.
