Unlockable Mini Game?

I recently heard there was an unlockable mini game in the documentary disk for Lunar. Is this true? If so, how do I get it?

The game is Lords of Lunar (an adaptation of the old Atari game Warlords). To unlock it start the "Making Of" CD and press Up, Down, Left, Right, Triangle, Start.

...or just play SSSC to the point where Ramus tells you how to get it.

True Alunissage, however, I've played through SSSC many many many times, but only came across ramus saying it once. Since its a small window to talk to him to get that info, it's easily missed. (Much like a bromide or two.)
