I play Race War Kingdoms, a free MMORPG, though it has some graphics it is mostly text based. I play on server 2, though the game gets boring fast for most people and is difficult to get anywhere without dedicated a great deal of time.

I just couldn't get into Maple Story. I tried it, but I just didn't care for it.

My first MMO was Endless Online. It IS SO BORING. The only reason why I played it for as long as I did (about 2 years, start with v.20 and stopped at the current version, v.27) is because I met really awesome friends on there. I left after one my closest friend on EO left. I really miss him.

After EO, I tried Maple Story. It was bleh for me.

Then I moved on to another mmo called Trickster Online. The wierd thing is, I was randomly searching in Deviantart when I first heard of Trickster. I saw a fan art of Trickster and decided to look it up afterwards. Since I have dial up I couldn't download on my computer, (400MB big) I downloaded onto my flash drive at my nephew's house. Once I got it on my computer...I fell in love with it! All the cute anime type stuff really drew me in. I just don't have any friends on it yet since I've had it for about a week. It also doesn't help the fact that I'm shy.

It's all right, it's not for everyone. Most people I know who played it either hated it, or eventually got bored with it.

i started trickster, im a little disapointed with the amount of character custimization(sp?) the only thing i could change was the hair color. but the graphics are nice, ill stick with it my user name is exigence maybe ill see you on sometime. is there p.v.p combat in trickster.

I found many mmo's to be boring after the first few hours of playing. maple story looked boring so I haven't tried it. But maybe it isn't. It just didn't look interesting. Trickster looks interesting though. I'd try it now, but right now I'm still driving semi trucks over the road, hunting down wifi hotspots(I'm using one outside of McDonald's in the rig right now XD). I'm under training so I'm not used to all of it yet ^^;;. Thus I can't make time for mmo's right now. :/

There is PVP combat, I've made three characters. Two cats and a dragon lol. I'm mainly going around as a pink haired cat named Karcsi, I stay on the Ruby server (for obvious reasons lol) So maybe I'll see you sometime.

Feh, you kids and your "graphics." In my day we read endless lines of text to do our damage and we liked it! Trying to attack a monster, you had to type out that you wanted to do it. All you got in return was "Goblin dodges right and kicks you." AND WE LIKED IT! You and yer World of Whatevercraft and yer City of Hoohas. We had MUDs, we had something that someone programmed in the basement of their parents house. AND WE LIKED IT!

I used to play MajorMUD. Someone hosted it for free. It was fun except eventually I died too many times, and lost most of my levels, and then gave up

. That was the one online RPG I got into. And it took a loooong time to level up. lol

Maple Story is terrible. awfully boring leveling and not a hell of a lot else. the chracter types aren't very even. projectile people win and hog exp. this game is gaining popularity somehow and will end up sucking equally, worse, or a little less on the Nintendo DS.

also, don't play Priston Tale. ever.

I played Maple Story for about an hour. I'm normally on World of Warcraft and I havent found an mmo more fun than that. Although not an rpg, Audition is really fun and free. Its like Bust a Groove online and theres lots of clothes you can get for your character.
