Re: Lunar art book
I saw the EB art book at Acen the first year I went. I thought "I'll come back for that, it'll still be there."
Yeah, right. *sob*

Re: Lunar art book
The Lunar I+II artbook is pretty awesome. I have it as well. I wanted to get the Lunar SSS artbook too, but I've never gotten a chance. It was always up on Ebay when I didn't have the money. And now lately, I haven't even seen it at all.
Re: Lunar art book
the one from newtype?
I have it too.
I have it too.
Re: Lunar art book
I have this one:
I enjoy it when I look at it, but the human Ruby thing I couldn't agree with less. >_< Thank goodness they were only idle ideas ( I assume.)
It's the only piece of merch I have from the game, but I can't remember when I bought it or for how much. Also, I see it quite often without the "spine card" or the strip along the bottom. My copy still has it, but if you see a cheap one on Ebay without the spine card or it mentioned at all, it may be a fake. I understand there's been a lot of fake artbooks before.

Re: Lunar art book
Well, here I say that the Newtype Lunar SSS artbook hasn't been on Ebay lately and then a few pop up.
That's just fine though cause I still had a little bit of extra cash left, so I got one for only $36 (that's with shipping). Now I'll have both artbooks whenever the Newtype one comes.

Re: Lunar art book
$36 sounds like a pretty good price for that one. I'd budget more for the Lunar 1 & 2 one if I was looking. It's cooler.
Since artbooks are the topic, here's weird trivia about the SSS artbook - towards the front there's a character map with a screenshot of Laike from his intro cutscene. It has the wrong background. It's a forest, (and it should be a forest,) but it's the one from Nash's intro.

Re: Lunar art book
I now have both books. I have to say, definitely worth the money. I like the Lunar I+II artbook better, but the Newtype one is really nice too.
