Re: How far along is everyone?
You should be playing either TSS and SSH or SSSC at the same time, and doing a comparable between EB and EBC at a later time so the differences are more apparent. EBC isn't as different aside from the dumbed down aspects of certain graphic details and the omission of pivotal scenes.

Was it an original fat PSP model 1000, or was it a slim PSP?

Re: *Important* If you're experiencing any glitches in Lunar:SSH
It's possible the text reference is just basically placing the text in the wrong box, because I experienced something like that before in another scene. I've come across some sentence structure issues, and doubling of words right next to each other as well. These aren't considered glitches The Kyle ...

Re: What Is Demo Clear Data
Demo Clear Data is obtained by playing the Lunar: Silver Star Harmony Demo off of PSN, and at the end you save the demo clear data. If you had the data on your Memory Stick Pro Duo, the actual game would ask you if you want to load the Demo Clear Data. This gives you a bonus starting weapon when you...

Hehe. Unfortunately square boxes always show up as text for me when I go to a Japanese site. I even have Japanese enabled on crappy Internet Explorer and it still won't show.

Re: Attention! All Castlevania fans!!!
I was looking at Rondo of Blood yesterday, and I know it's a hard game but I've never played the original. Is it hard to figure out any of the items because it's in Japanese. This is for those of us who don't know a lick ofJapanese. I could always just get the 3D remake on PSP, which also has Sympho...

Re: How far along is everyone?
I sold one of my Fortune Rings because after buying the Reminiscer and the Vile Tribe sisters I was down to 21 silver! It's pretty easy to rebuild the cash flow though. I'm currently in Lyton, and about to trek through the shrine to restore their song. Generally I like to kill everything onscreen bu...

Re: *Important* If you're experiencing any glitches in Lunar:SSH
The loading is a necessary evil as the music is streamed off of the UMD, and each new screen is basically refreshing the data stream. It could also be that Game Arts couldn't fine tune everything because they had difficulty developing the game on the PSP in the first place. I don't know to what exte...

Re: Anyone New to the Series?
It also depends on what you're using to play the game, and if you're playing on a standard tv, HDTV, or a monitor. HDTV's are not kind to older game systems, and will exploit all the flaws. Lunar: The Silver Star was not graphically stellar, but the total package of story, video, and sound is what m...

Jessica Chavez just posted a news topic today that includes interviews and discussion on the translation process on Facebook. They worked more closely with Game Arts during the localization process to convey the feel of the Japanese game but translate it into English along with culture references. T...

Well Aaron, seems to me you at least enjoyed the game. That's certainly good to hear. I'm taking my sweet time with the game, and am only on my way to the Trial Cave. I actually got a Game over! It seems to me you can make the game as hard or as easy as you wish. After Ramus and Nash left me in Meri...

Re: D'you Remember that Planetarium Event?
Those damn lucky bastards! Could you imagine an event with fans like us? We'd be Lunar craving zombies. It seemed like the event was more for Ishida than Lunar itself.
It's still interesting that after nearly 3 months of the games release they decided to hold an event.
