Nope. I don't think it would happen. From a sales point of veiw, yeah...

While I doubt the game will be remade/ported again, just approaching the question from the perspective of which handheld would be most suitable, I think GBA is unlikely, based on resolution alone. The traditional Lunar combat system demands a larger field than is plausible on the GBA. The DS is a better fit, but why? Touch screen compatibility would just be tacked on, and players don't want that. The PSP is actually a good platform for Lunar, I think.

I agree with Shiva on this one. The PSP would be a good fit for a remake of Lunar 2. It's much more cutscene intensive than Lunar 1, due to it's presentation. Lunar TSS got by on little cutscenes and nowhere near as much voice acting as EB. For that reason alone, I think the PSP is a better fit. And also agreed on the fact that a dual screen system would feel extremely forced on the DS.

But really, I think the changes of EB being remade on any handheld are slim.

Well, not only that, but you could have the entire game of EBC onto the PSP, with little or no changes with how big the game is. After all, the UMD can easily hold 4 GB of memory, compared to a roughly 700MB CD. Although, I'm certain there would be changes to make it fit nicely on the screen :P
