Acen this year had the biggest number of Lunar cosplayers I've ever seen.

Here's mine--

So, I was at Acen, all dressed up, and someone asked meif they could take a picture and if I was really Lucia from Lunar. I was all like "Heck yes, foo', and heck yes!" So I started to pose and then a Jessica, Luna, and Dark Althena came outta nowhere!!!!!


Hells yeah! I'm the Lucia -obviously- (yeah, my wig sucks, I really wanna get one like the other girls'). They had the best Lunar costumes that I've seen in a while, AND it's the biggest Lunar group I've seen.

Likewise; I'm iffy about cosplay in general but that actually worked out really well. I'm impressed. The hair and lipstick really make me think of the mini-poster that came with the Legend guide.

I remember Coley wanted to cosplay Dark Althena. Didn't think I'd ever see anyone else do it.

...I just realized she's holding the Ghaleon puppet. Yikes.

I've convinced a very close friend of mine to seriously consider doing an Evil Althena cosplay. I can't wait to see the results!

Neither can I. I'm pretty certain she's the girl that did the Aerieth costume that was in one of the Hardcore Gamer issues I got during a free trial last year. She's quite good at what she does, and she has the look that fits so many of the costumes well.

Though I would love to cosplay as one of the guy characters. (For giggles, I think I should cosplay Jess too ) Problem is I don;t really look like any of the guy characters.

Wow! Those came out great! I know I've been itching to do a Lunar cosplay myself... though I don't have time for the next con (as it's next week for me, yay!) though I intend to get something done before October... ^^

Yay for Lunar Cosplay! The first picture with the four girls (yay L1!) is fookin awesome..... and then it just starts getting scary. Nice to see the effort, but poor Luna, Alex, Hiro, and the other Lucia.....

It would be awesome to see an entire cosplay cast from both games, and well, maybe even Dragon Dung... I mean Song.

GAH! *DIES* LuciaOne! I saw you at Acen, but I didn't get to say hi! Your cosplay was very nice though! ^__^ I asked the Hiro and Lucia cosplayers if they were on the boards here, and they looked at me like I was insane... >.>; I felt bad.

Yeah, close enough. It usually refers to dressing up as anime or video game characters.

I just spent the last 30 minutes or so checking out your friends site and looking at other cosplay sites, and honestly I just don't know what to say.

I've learned a few things though.

1. I have a fetish for chicks with pink hair.

2. There are a ridiculous and I mean ridiculous amount of good looking women who are just as big of dorks as I am. Where the hell have they been? Trust me I've looked.

3. Just as much skill and time is required to do many of these costumes as there is required to work hot steel. My respect for fan boys and girls has gone up a bit.

I'm just amazed. Those of you that haven't looked around, do. It's fun. There was this girl dressed as Huntress that just blew my mind. it looked like she walked out of a Batman comic. And another dressed as Felicia from Dark Stalkers! Talk about whoa. My eye's fell out.

Checking out all of these sites makes me want to out fit myself with some cool blades and go as one of my favorite Grendel's to a comic con, or maybe as Ryu. I'd have to build the arms up a bit though.

LimeBarb is the best cosplayer I know. Take a look in her gallery, it's pretty cool. She made my sister's Kingdom Hearts Sora outfit. But make sure you look at her Final Fantasy X-2 Yuna and Rikku berserker cosplay.

When I look at her in the Rikku Berserker outfit, I'm convinced that Rikku has just popped out of the game.

cosplayangel, hmmm. You know what? She's hawt. I wouldn't mind trying to get her to make me a few Lunar costumes if I ever got a job and could afford to pay for it. I mean, she's pretty freaking good.

Oh, and she is pretty good looking too.

Edit: Oh, by the way, G1, was it anyone that I would probably know? I know a majority of the staff (or it seemed like it) left when GAF split from Lunar-net. Kinda miss some of the old regulars that where around when I first came on.

And yes, she's pretty and does wonderful costumes. She's extremely nice though. I've Emailed her at least 3 times in the past after loosing Jaime's Email address, needing to find it.
