Character Tournament 3 starts (rules inside)!

Round 1 has started! For the first round, round of 16 and quarterfinals, we will run two polls every three days to move things along quicker. The semifinal round will have both polls running for 4 days total. The third place battle will be given 3 days and the final round will last for 5 days.
