Dyne’s monument secret chest

This chest appears behind the tree up to the top of the leaves and is more visible when they move. I think this chest also appears in the PSX version and I have always wanted to know if it can be accessed in some way and what it contains because what if it were? An error, those at Somoga would have removed it, however it remains there in lssstouch too

It's there in some of the console versions too.

It contains the Dark Scimitar, of course! We'll just need to use the previously undiscovered Mia Bug to glitch the game out and get it and...

I feel like I vaguely remember seeing this but completely forgot about it.
But nope, definitely a chest. ...I wonder if anyone's gone into the game data to figure out if it's an actual chest (instead of just the sprite image) and what it contains?

Searching everywhere I found a video on YouTube where they open the chest and it contains a Dragon Wings and a Rememberizer

That sounds like a debugging thing. Set the chest at the very beginning of the game and have it capable of replaying cutscenes and taking the protagonist anywhere.
