The boards here are quickly appoarching the 3 year mark of haveing to completely re-register from having a board crash! Celebrations will include, but not limited to, games to win fabulous prizes, such as an Old Skool Friendship Ring, a trenchcoat for the streakers, and of course, spicked punch, courteousy of Spiked Punch Industries.

Well, see, the boards constantly crashed. I've had to re-register 3 or 4 times total, just since I've been around.

Just a note, slow down a bit. Remember, the board's not a chatroom. ;)

But yeah, we roughed phyco up pretty badly. I mean, it was Christmas, so we didn't do the normal dirty work. Ruffled his feathers. Dabbled in the tar. :D

More seriously, we've gone through a series of board resets or switches in our history, for various reasons. After this last time (December 2002), we've had a couple more, but we've been able to successfully preserve the database each time. Which is pretty spiffy. ^_^

Huh. As long as the source database and the SQL querys remain in tact, recovering from most things is just a matter of look and feel.

Query means search :?

It does indeed, and even a board like this has several searches it does on a routine basis.
