Every once in a while, I'm surfing along on the net and come to the conclusion that the universe genuinely loves me:

I'm so on that.

Okay, my pre-order is in, so the present tense is genuinely applicable

Mmm. The price is distressing. But... but!
Maybe if I can restrain myself from unnecessary spending for a few weeks, I'll get it.

I'd just like to dance in the streets now--my CD arrived today, and it's excellent!
Technically, it's a four-disc set, one disc for each game. The PSI CD includes the regular, FM, and PSCollection versions of the soundtrack. The PSII version disc the Japanese and overseas versions. The PSIV disc...well, it exists, which by itself is incredible. And also awesomely, unlike the original Phantasy Star Collection soundtracks, each music track gets its own individual track on the CD as opposed to being medleys. The only bad thing is...it didn't come out ten years ago.
