I keep hearing buzz about ObamaCare forcing everyone to get chipped in March 2013. I think it's a hoax, but does anyone know something I don't?

Let's think about this practically.

Does it seem like the government could operate efficiently enough to get a chip into everyone in six months? No. Could they keep the order of 300 million microchips a secret? Probably not. Was this ever a talking point in legal decisions about the healthcare law? No.
